Found it!..well actually this icon i get it from Maiden of the Kaleidoscope website.

This icon have been posted by a member there in 2010.I want to remake back so that i will have link to download it later.

seen in Touhou Project Fan-made game named Patchcon: Defend the Library.

<Also,this one contain lots more character

including those from Touhou Project Character from pc-98 era~
